Order Processing

Order are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday from our Dallas, TX facility, excluding federal holidays. Order place on weekends or holidays will be processed next business day.

Shipping Coverage

CAD ARMS ships within the United States only.
We ship to the continental United States and do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and local regulation, certain firearms components may be restricted in some jurisdictions. As a result, we may be unable to ship specific products to the following locations:

  • California

  • New York

  • New Jersey

  • Massachusetts

  • Connecticut

  • Maryland

  • District of Columbia

Restrictions vary by product and jurisdictions. Orders placed from restricted location may be canceled or partially fulfilled at our discretion. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any products ordered are legal to possess and use in their jurisdiction. CadArms reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.

Shipping Cost

We strive to offer competitive shipping rates based on the best rates available to us. Shipping costs vary depending on order size, weight destination, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address associated with the order. If you did not receive your shipment confirmation number, please check your spam filter settings.

Missing or Lost Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, CadArms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We also recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery office before contacting us.

If a package is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can assist with the next steps.

CadArms is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather condition, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
